Turkish Prayer Mat, Muslim İslamic Prayer Rug

Large Medallion Turkish Prayer Mat – Cream Floral Islamic Prayer Rug

This elegant Turkish prayer mat features a striking oversized central medallion surrounded by a light ivory and cream field, delicate floral details, and richly layered borders. The balanced combination of warm cream, rose, red, deep green, and navy creates a refined prayer rug with a traditional Turkish-inspired character.

The large central medallion is the defining element of the design, creating a strong visual focal point within the prayer area. Its geometric structure is complemented by delicate floral ornamentation, giving the rug a harmonious combination of geometric and botanical forms.

INSPIRED BY TURKISH & ISLAMIC DECORATIVE ART

The design draws inspiration from the decorative language commonly associated with Turkish and Anatolian textile traditions. The central medallion, floral details, open field, and multiple borders work together to create the structured appearance traditionally associated with decorative prayer rugs.

• Large Central Medallion – A strong geometric focal point that gives the prayer mat its distinctive character and visual balance.

• Ivory & Cream Field – The spacious light-colored field creates an open, peaceful appearance and allows the central medallion and floral details to stand out.

• Floral Garden Details – Small red, rose, blue, and green floral elements add movement and decorative richness across the light background.

• Layered Border – Multiple surrounding borders frame the central composition and give the prayer rug a detailed traditional carpet appearance.

COLOR PALETTE

• Ivory & Cream – Soft neutral tones create a bright, calm, and elegant foundation.

• Rose & Floral Red – Warm red and rose accents add richness and visual warmth to the central medallion and floral details.

• Deep Green – Dark green elements provide natural contrast and complement the warm floral colors.

• Navy Blue – Deep navy outlines and border details strengthen the overall composition and add definition to the pattern.
